The three-day weekend Toronto Asialicious Carnival, started in 2019, has become an annual attraction celebrating multiculturalism in a fun-filled and entertaining fashion at Woodside Square in Scarborough North. Showcasing diverse Asian culture and heritage through a variety of performances and ethnic foods, the event builds stronger solidarity and sense of belonging in our community. Impacted by COVID-19, this year and to observe social distancing, the Carnival brings entertainment and joy to participants through drive-in and virtual experiences.
Asialicious Drive in Carnival will feature 3 days and evenings of full entertainment with a feature movie night “Nezha” on Friday September 11th sponsored by Well Go USA Entertainment. On Saturday night, we will feature a “Starry Night Show” with feature performer Andy De Campos and Special Tribute to Frontline Workers. Throughout both Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 6pm, we will be showcasing multicultural performances. Register and Drive in to join us at Woodside Square or join us at home live stream from Asialicious Official Social Media Channel.

My car has daytime running lights. What should I do?
Most daytime running lights will turn off when you engage the emergency brake. Shut off your vehicle, set the emergency parking brake, then turn your vehicle back on. Before the movie starts, please do a “test” to ensure that this works, so as to ensure that your lights don’t disturb others during the movie if you start your car.
Will the drive-in kill my battery? And if so, what do I do?
Leaving your radio on should not drain your battery. In the event that it does…
We strongly recommend that you do not run your engine for long periods during the movie. Noisy car engines are bothersome to your neighbors in the next car.
